HR and Talent Engagement Specialist

Part-Time Contractor (Option to Become Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Talent Engagement Specialist with Sales Support responsibilities to join our team. This role combines human resources management, talent development, and recruitment with light sales and marketing support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive and productive work environment, and contribute to the company’s external presence through content creation. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across various projects and priorities.


You’ll be working directly with the CEO of the company to architect the best solutions for our internal HR processes. You will present your progress and solutions to the CEO and the team. All of this happens while having a lot of fun before, during and after work. In this position you’ll be challenged on a constant basis


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Talent Management

·   Prepare detailed monthly project management reports for each project to support team performance analysis.

·   Oversee time tracking by reviewing time tracking hours weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy.

·   Manage and stay updated on employee benefits (e.g., Uber vouchers, English classes) and ensure seamless delivery.

·   Coordinate vacation schedules, time-off requests, and maintain an organized system for approvals.

·   Monitor daily team updates, assess employee well-being, and address concerns as needed.

·  Develop and track individual OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for team members, conducting regular check-ins throughout the year.

·   Assess and support employee growth areas to promote professional development.

·   Conduct 6-8 week check-ins to ensure team satisfaction and address any issues.

·   Analyze pulse survey results, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.

·   Create and refine HR guidelines and company-wide policies to enhance documentation and compliance.

·   Review meeting notes and follow up on action items to support employee success.

·   Ensure all team members maintain updated profiles (e.g., photos) across platforms.

·   Craft personalized employee recognition initiatives.

·  Manage the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screening interviews (e.g., availability, technical setup,…).

·    Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and structure an efficient hiring process.

·    Create compelling job postings to attract top talent.

·    Facilitate onboarding for new contractors and execute offboarding protocols as needed.

·    Write engaging LinkedIn posts to promote company culture, achievements, and updates.

·    Develop blog posts highlighting organizational culture and project successes to enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications:

·    Proven experience in HR, talent management, or recruitment, with a strong understanding of employee engagement practices.

·    Familiarity with tools such as Clockify, Linear, ATS platforms, and VideoAsk (or similar).

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, policies, and external content.

·    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

·    A proactive problem-solver with a people-oriented mindset.

·    Experience in content creation (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blogs) is a plus.

·    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Language Skills:

·      Fluent in Spanish

·      Advanced English proficiency (ability to engage in client conversations).

·      Good communication (written and oral)
