Must-Have Qualifications

.net, c#, hyperscript, htmx, PostgreSQL, event sourcing, AWS
Full stack developers (pretty evenly split between the back and front end)
Frontend: server side development - people who are pretty well versed in typescript and javascript usually can learn hyperscript and htmx quickly
Backend: .Net/C#
Cloud: AWS
Event Sourcing is their backend – would be great if candidates had experience with that already, if not its ok – they will teach them.
Good communication, quick learners, collaborative
Experience working remotely and being able to manage their time
Focused on quality developers
