Growth Analyst in SOUTH AFRICA

Easypeasy is an innovative leader in the e-learning industry, dedicated to providing tailored solutions for learning English. We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the growth and marketing team in making data-driven decisions.

Job description

The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting marketing performance data, with the goal of supporting strategic and operational decisions through accurate insights. The role includes designing and implementing experiments, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing scalable marketing automation solutions that improve efficiency and drive measurable impact.

While deep marketing expertise is not required, the ideal candidate is genuinely interested in marketing strategies and capable of making data-driven decisions based on quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention, conversion rate, etc.)
• Track campaign results and marketing spend across channels (Meta, Google, others)
• Support funnel analysis and event tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel)
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Assist with A/B testing and growth experiments
• Identify trends, anomalies, and suggest improvements based on data

Helpful skills and experience:

• Experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or product context
• Good knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
• Confidence in working with languages commonly used in data analysis (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
• Precision, autonomy, and strong problem-solving mindset
