Job Description
We are looking for anambitious Senior AI/ML Software Engineerto join our remote team in Spain focused on adopting cutting-edge techniques into production processes and helping Voovio scale. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions from prototype to production.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Spain. You’ll join a global team, working on cutting-edge technologies while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and operationalize ML solutionsin cloud environment
Optimizemodel performance to meet SLAs
Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and MLOps practiceswithin the AI team, optimizing deployment and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders and other teamsto understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Mentor and help to growour team of ML engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence
Required Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience with AI projects
Proficiency in Python and clean-code programming, with experience in other languages like JavaScript or C++
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, ambiguous projects
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
