Recruiter4You has been tasked to find a Mandarin Speaking Digital UI/UX Designer willing to relocate to Malta and join the team at their new office. Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics, illustrations, logos, and user interface elements using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Design and create concepts, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys for intuitive user experiences across various platforms.
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
  • Test graphics across different media and platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, making layout adjustments based on user feedback (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Utilize rapid design and testing methodologies to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and creatively.
  • Amend designs according to client feedback.
  • Communicate research and design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of graphics and web design trends in the gaming industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of web production best practices.
  • Possess a good portfolio showcasing illustrations and other graphics.
  • Able to present a minimum of three diverse use cases during the interview process; online portfolio preferred for easy access.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tool Figma.
