What is the job about?
Are you a talented PHP Developer ready to make a meaningful impact? ClearVUE is seeking a skilled professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and optimizing the technology that transforms how businesses manage their energy consumption, driving efficiency and sustainability.
What will you do:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems using PHP, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members to architect and implement robust software solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
- Utilize modern frameworks and tools to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools through thoughtful suggestions and innovative ideas.
- Share knowledge and provide technical insights to support team growth and project success.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer) with a strong focus on back-end development.
- Expertise in PHP, with proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Cloud services and the ability to work within cloud-based environments.
- Proficient in working with databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Elastic.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and experience with API development and integration.
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience implementing and optimizing caching frameworks, such as Redis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Energy Industry is a significant advantage and will set candidates apart.
