What You’ll Do

As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing security policies to ensure the resilience of blockchain networks. Your responsibilities will include:

🔐 Security Strategy & Risk Management

• Develop and enforce cutting-edge security policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to the blockchain industry.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in smart contracts, cryptographic key management, and blockchain node security.
• Analyze security operations to detect risks and areas for improvement.

🤝 Liaison & Coordination

• Build and maintain relationships with security agencies, blockchain consortia, and regulatory authorities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for security-related matters within the blockchain ecosystem.

📚 Training & Awareness

• Develop security training programs to enhance employee awareness and emergency response capabilities.
• Lead security drills and ensure compliance with best practices in blockchain security.

🔍 Security Maintenance & Incident Response (Optional)

• Monitor security systems and conduct periodic blockchain security audits.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents such as 51% attacks, double-spending threats, and smart contract exploits.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security-related roles.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, security solutions, and blockchain security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• (Bonus!) CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
