DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee schedules, track deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Strategic Insight: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized documentation, manage calendars, and support leadership in daily operations.
  • Basic Accounting Assistance: Assist with gathering and organizing financial documents and client records.
  • Client Account Management: Keep client information updated, track interactions, and monitor key deliverables.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, set up necessary accounts, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Plan client meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
  • Billing & Invoicing Support: Work with the finance team to generate invoices and resolve client inquiries.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in Business Administration, Client Management, Customer Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


NICE TO HAVES

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Practice Ignition, Canopy, or Keeper.
  • Previous experience in a US-based accounting firm or a fast-paced environment.
