About the Role
As a Senior Solution Designer, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge intralogistics solutions for major clients across industries such as e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, automated warehouse solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of intralogistics systems, including concept development, layout planning, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and propose innovative automation solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed designs.
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and oversee technical negotiations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or material handling systems.
- Strong client-facing skills with a proven track record in solution design and presales.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, simulation tools, and logistics software.
- Knowledge of AS/RS, conveyor systems, robotics, and WMS/WCS.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (visa and relocation assistance provided).
