Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical vision and strategy, designing and developing cutting-edge CMOS electronic architectures, interfacing with cross-disciplinary teams to crisply integrate CMOS circuits into OTPU systems
• Predict and identify performance constraints, designing and implementing innovative solutions, as well as using your capabilities to drive continuous improvement across the broader scope of projects
• Technically guide and coach engineers, sharing your knowledge and talent with the wider team

About You:

• A deep CMOS electronic design/architecture background in semiconductors (either analog, digital and DV, with a preference for analog-focused architects)
• Strong hands-on experience of EDA tools
• Deep knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes and yield improvement methods
• Demonstrable experience acting as Chip Lead, with a minimum of three successful tape-outs delivered
• A holistic approach to projects, with a broader understanding of wider teams, such as product engineering and product quality, understanding the challenges and needs for cross-disciplinary teams to deliver at pace
