We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for various business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts and other teams to understand processes and translate them into efficient automated workflows using Automation Anywhere tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Solution Design and Development:
• Analyze and assess business processes for automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Build and maintain bots and automation workflows to streamline business operations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Utilize the full capabilities of Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive, manual processes.
• Integrate RPA bots with existing systems and databases, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug RPA processes and workflows to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and define automation goals.
• Coordinate with IT teams for integration with legacy systems, databases, and applications.
• Provide technical input during process discovery and design phase.
• Bot Maintenance and Support:
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automated processes to ensure smooth and error-free operations.
• Perform routine updates, bug fixes, and enhancements to bots based on business feedback.
• Provide ongoing support for RPA bots, resolving issues and ensuring scalability.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Create detailed technical documentation for RPA solutions and workflows.
• Prepare reports on RPA performance, usage, and process improvements.
• Document and adhere to best practices in RPA development and deployment.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer:
• Train business users and other team members on how to use and maintain automated processes.
• Share knowledge on Automation Anywhere features and capabilities with the team.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools.
• Hands-on experience in building bots, working with control room and Bot Runner.
• Proven experience in integrating RPA solutions with various applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, web applications, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere tools (AA v11 or A2019).
• Knowledge of RPA frameworks, scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python), and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and database integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
• Certifications:
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or WorkFusion.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and AI/ML integration in RPA.
• Experience with Agile methodology or Scrum development processes.
