What You’ll Be Responsible For- Drive outbound sales to key decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of IT & Security)
- Promote and sell TW Infosec’s cybersecurity offerings and SIEM platform
- Identify and qualify leads, develop outreach strategies, and secure meetings
- Own the top-of-funnel activity: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement
- Collaborate with our technical and leadership teams to support deal closing
- Manage sales cadences via tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain accurate CRM data, a strong pipeline, and a clear focus on KPIs
Monthly Sales KPIsWe reward results, not just effort:
- ✅ 400+ outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- ✅ 15+ meetings booked and completed
- ✅ 10+ technical/demo sessions coordinated
- ✅ 2–3 signed client contracts (bonuses for 5+)
- ✅ 2–4 staffing placements (bonuses for 5+)
What You Bring to the Table- Proven experience in B2B sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech solutions
- Understanding of SIEM, GRC, MDR, SOC or incident response platforms
- Excellent communication skills – especially for cold outreach and follow-ups
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a track record of closing
- Familiarity with the UK and European cybersecurity ecosystem
- Highly organised, numbers-driven, and persistent in following up
- Bonus: Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, VARs or channel partners
