We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive results across digital marketing channels. If you have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools—and an eye for improving ROI—you’re in the right place!


About the Company:


This role is for a partner agency in the self-storage industry, specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. They focus on enhancing the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service, helping individuals and businesses with secure and convenient storage options.


Your Mission: Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • SpareFoot Management – Own our presence on SpareFoot! Optimize facility listings, track rankings daily, and adjust pricing with the revenue management team to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI, and acquisition costs) to ensure marketing effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Visualization – Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to provide clear insights on marketing performance.
  • Strategic Insights – Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve audience targeting and budget allocation.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and IT teams to align marketing efforts and improve campaign results.
  • A/B Testing – Test campaign strategies, landing pages, and marketing assets to optimize performance and conversions.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting – Help develop forecasting models and budget plans based on campaign performance and market trends.


Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful


  • Marketing expertise is a must – This is a marketing role, not just data analysis!
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of PPC, conversion optimization, and audience targeting
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) & familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to turn data into a marketing strategy
  • Experience with SpareFoot or similar third-party listing platforms is a plus, but not required
  • Must be available 9 AM-5 PM CST
