Role Purpose

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll create visually engaging animations and motion assets for a range of digital platforms. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life through motion and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media, video content, websites, digital ads, and more.
• Produce static and animated assets that align with client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality creative work.
• Keep up with the latest motion design trends and tools.
• Occasionally assist with basic graphic design tasks (e.g. social posts, infographics).
• Support visual content creation for social media calendars and campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation/motion design work (e.g. reels, short-form content, explainers).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D/animation tools.
• Solid understanding of timing, storytelling, typography, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with social media content planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with AI tools for caption writing and creative assistance.
• Experience working with international clients and audiences.
