As a Product Manager at Frontline Data Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our EHS software. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritise features, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of heavy-duty industries such as chemical, oil & gas, and manufacturing. Your ability to blend technical knowledge, user insights, and business acumen will be essential in driving product innovation and delivering value to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Frontline’s EHS software solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• New Feature Development: Lead the design and implementation of new features for Frontline’s software suite, working closely with Engineering, UI/UX, and Customer Success teams.
• User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and analyse industry trends to inform product decisions and prioritise feature development.
• UI/UX Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to plan and refine intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, and design specifications to guide development.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.
• Documentation & Communication: Write detailed design specifications for new applications and features, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

Skills You’ll Need

• Product Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a product manager role for B2B web and mobile applications, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Technical & Design Proficiency: Experience with product design tools such as Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesise feedback, and translate insights into impactful product solutions.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse market trends, conduct competitor research, define product strategies, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams, facilitate discussions, and present ideas clearly.
