About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the critical link between our clients and our technical teams. This role is not about deep technical expertise but about understanding business needs and ensuring solutions are effectively designed and implemented. You will work closely with clients to capture and define business requirements, then enable our Solution Architects and technical teams to deliver the right solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on high-level client engagement, coordination, and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned to deliver seamless solutions.

What We're Looking For
β Experience: 3+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
β Business-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand business needs, rather than just focusing on technical specifications.
β Strong Coordination Skills: Experience working across multiple teams to align business goals with technical execution.
β Client Focused: Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
β Communication & Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
β Flows and Diagrams: Ability to create storyboards and relatively complex flow diagrams, to communicate integrations, current states, and future optimizations based on client-driven outcomes.
β Familiarity with Business Tooling (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Slack) is a plus, but deep technical expertise is not required.
