Job Title: Benefits Membership Processing Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: 4,500,000 - 6,000,000 COP (Paid in USD)

Higher Options seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Membership Processing Specialist to join their remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing membership data, processing benefits applications, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to their members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Process Membership & Benefits Applications – Accurately manage member data and benefits enrollment.
✅ Maintain & Update Records – Keep all member information up-to-date and organized in their database.
✅ Member Support – Professionally respond to inquiries, clarifying benefits details and resolving issues.
✅ Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Process Improvements – Identify areas for efficiency and help optimize workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience: Background in benefits administration, membership processing, healthcare enrollment, or related fields.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key! You’ll be handling critical member information.
✔️ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with members and internal teams.
✔️ Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and database management.
✔️ Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
✔️ Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized and deadline-driven.

⏳Contract Type: Obra/Labor (The employee is responsible for their own social security and pension payments)
