• Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners and major accounts
• Deliver proactive and reactive support, ensuring seamless security experiences
• Perform in-depth configuration reviews, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis

Your experience:

• 4+ years supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions, specifically Prisma
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP routing, VLAN/STP switching, and Radius/TACACS authentication
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving intricate network issues
• Outstanding communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications like PCNSE, PCNSA, or PMRC are a significant advantage
