About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. From posting job adverts and arranging interviews to managing our CRM, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations.

Public Practice Recruitment Ltd is growing at pace and as such we require a talented Recruitment Administrator who is unafraid of a fast-paced role and is committed to supporting the Recruitment Consultants and leadership team, to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.


This role is 100% remote so the successful candidate will need to be disciplined and motivated.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment system
  • Handling candidate and client queries via email and phone
  • Assisting with compliance checks
  • Supporting consultants with general administrative tasks
  • Dairy management
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Publishing job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Screening CVs and forwarding suitable candidates to consultants
  • Data analysis work and adhoc projects


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience (recruitment experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn


What We Offer

  • Β£25,000 - Β£27,000 per annum.
