About Flattts
Flattts is a real estate platform designed for long-term rentals and sublets in Nigeria and Ghana. Our mission is to make finding and renting homes easier, more transparent, and efficient. We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is for someone who can think beyond digital ads and come up with creative, real-world campaigns to grow the platform.
Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Growth Strategy
• Develop and execute creative, high-impact marketing campaigns to attract landlords and renters to Flattts.
• Identify the most effective online and offline channels to scale growth, including SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
• Experiment with on-the-ground activations, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships to reach property owners and renters in key cities.
Real-World Activations & Community Growth
• Organize events, pop-ups, and meetups for renters, landlords, and real estate professionals.
• Partner with co-working spaces, universities, and relocation services to reach target audiences.
• Launch creative offline campaigns such as billboards, flyers, radio ads, and street activations in high-traffic rental areas.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
• Run and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to drive conversions.
• Track and analyze key metrics (sign-ups, conversion rates, engagement) and iterate based on insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and referral incentives to maximize impact.
SEO, Content & Influencer Marketing
• Develop an SEO strategy to rank Flattts for searches like “affordable rentals in Lagos” or “sublets in Accra”.
• Partner with real estate influencers, YouTubers, and bloggers to showcase Flattts’ listings and benefits.
• Create valuable content such as renter guides, property investment tips, and city rental breakdowns.
Retention & Referral Growth
• Design engaging email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to keep users active.
• Launch a referral program to encourage landlords to list properties and renters to invite friends.
• Improve the onboarding experience to increase activation rates for new users.
Strategic Partnerships & Growth Experiments
• Partner with real estate agents, property developers, and moving companies to expand Flattts’ reach.
• Explore innovative partnerships with ride-hailing apps, fintech platforms, and hospitality brands for cross-promotions.
• Continuously test new, unconventional growth tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
