About the Role

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will create from scratch and take ownership of Zerra’s growth strategy, focusing on performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure an efficient lead funnel and drive growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and rapid iteration.



Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute paid and organic marketing strategies to attract digital nomads and expats to Zerra’s relocation plans.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Own Zerra’s SEO roadmap and content strategy, ensuring high search visibility for relevant visa, tax, and relocation keywords.
  • CRO & Funnel Optimization: Optimize the conversion journey from ad click to subscription sign-up, implementing A/B testing and improving landing pages.
  • Partnerships & Affiliates: Build strategic partnerships with relocation services, influencers, and content creators in the expat and digital nomad space.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Design and execute email and WhatsApp nurturing campaigns to convert leads into subscribers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.



Who You Are

  • +5 Years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or service-based subscriptions.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, and scaling marketing efforts in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the expat, freelancer, and digital nomad ecosystem is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese or another European language is a plus.
  • International living and work experience is a plus!
