CLIF is looking for experienced Sales and Business Development professionals based in France to drive lead generation, sales, and partnerships for our relocation services. This remote freelance role focuses on client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and optimizing sales processes to expand our market reach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including expats, professionals, universities, and corporate HR teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Manage outbound and inbound lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emails, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, relocation agencies, and businesses.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring strong business relationships.
  • Optimize sales processes, track performance, and refine conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts and improve brand visibility.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Based in France, with knowledge of the local market and business environment.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the relocation or expat services industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales strategies, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse client profiles.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and sales automation tools is an advantage.


Performance Expectations

  • Consistently generate high-quality outbound leads.
  • Convert a strong percentage of leads into paying customers.
  • Develop and secure strategic partnerships with universities, HR teams, and corporate relocation services.
  • Maintain a strong customer retention and upsell rate.
