As a UX/UI Designer & Co-Founder at fyaora LABS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform across multiple interfaces:

• Customer-facing application
• Service provider-facing interface
• Admin console

This is a fully flexible role with no fixed schedule, allowing you to contribute on your own terms while ensuring high-quality design outcomes. Your primary form of compensation will be in the form of equity, making you a key stakeholder in the company’s long-term success.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and accessibility. Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into compelling digital experiences.

• Design and prototype intuitive UX flows for web and mobile applications.
• Develop visually engaging UI designs that align with our brand identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user journeys, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Define and maintain design systems and UI components for consistency across the platform.
• Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, A/B testing, and other UX research methods.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices in UX/UI.

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Familiarity with design systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
