The site will feature a streamlined landing page with a clear tagline and value proposition, focusing on how landlords can monetize their properties by installing EV chargers. A key component will be an interactive Google Maps plugin that displays general listing areas with radius markers, maintaining privacy while offering visual insights to prospective users.

This role also includes conducting an SEO audit and applying optimization techniques to ensure the site is visible and accessible to the target audience. The ideal candidate is someone who values simplicity in design and can deliver a smooth user experience that encourages landlord engagement. The project is fully remote and suited for junior to mid-level professionals who can collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality, scalable code.

Requirements
