GCP Cloud Architect in SAUDI ARABIA

Our client is a renowned global innovator, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GCP and architecture, coupled with expertise in Kubernetes, Unix, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, Docker, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities:

• Google Cloud Expertise: You design architectures, carry out migrations and optimise existing cloud systems.
• Customer requirements: You take on customer requirements in the areas of cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS and Saas and analyse them.
• Platform architecture: You develop tailored solutions with the Google Cloud Platform (from the architecture sketch to live operation).
• Professional experience: You have practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration or comparable fields.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification desirable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on GCP with minimum 5 yrs of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• GCP certifications preferred.

Language:

• English is a must
• Arabic is an advantage
