In this role, you'll be the visual force behind our clients' & our success. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Static Ad Creation: Design scroll-stopping ads that convert for a variety of platforms and client needs
• Figma Mastery: Build scalable design systems and templates that empower our team and clients
• Marketing Materials: Create versatile templates and assets for lead magnets, sales materials, and other marketing collateral
• Brand Identity Development: Help develop and maintain consistent brand identities for our agency
• Web Design & Socials: Contribute to our website design, help create new landingpages and create assets for our socials like Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook etc.

• 3+ years experience in digital design, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in ad design, branding, and web design
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles for digital advertising
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (social media, web, email, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web design best practices and limitations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and strategy teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• An understanding of current and future design trends
• Insatiable curiosity and problem-solving mindset
