These tasks are waiting for you
- You will set the focus on the User, create User journeys and ensure a great user experience. In the end you will be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their users' needs and helping stakeholders and collaborators to align
- You will develop design outputs such as user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups and prototypes
- Lead strategic research to identify novel product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences
- Collect and analyse user behaviour through surveys, benchmark studies, experiments (A/B testing), server logs
- You will have the ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team
- You will translate the User Needs from business to our engineering team and the other way around by understanding the technical implications of product decisions
- You will contribute to shaping the team’s goals and success metrics and represent your team’s work, e.g., presentations with business stakeholders
- Testing is everything! You will run experiments and user testing to improve the user experience through iteration for achieving a higher user acceptance of our digital product
This is what you bring to the table
- You have prior experience as a Product Designer for a minimum of 4 years in UI/UX and have a user-centered focus in designing software products
- You love to deliver great customer experiences by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the best products to the market
- You can build your own structure, establish processes within design system and have ideally expertise in user-centric design principles and methodologies, including user research, information architecture as well as brand design development
- Of course, you have a keen eye for details and are able to multitask and are experienced in using tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, etc
- You have good oral and written communication skills, can effectively articulate your ideas and influence outcomes and great communication in English (German B1 is a Plus)
