Position Summary

As a Product Manager at Perelel, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and success of our online store including new products, features, and experiments. You’ll lead the end-to-end process of launching new products, creating and executing an experimentation roadmap and optimizing landing pages (PDP, collections, quiz, bundle builder, etc.) to improve CVR, AOV and LTV. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, copywriting, growth marketing, and analytics, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. About Perelel:

Perelel is a direct-to-consumer women’s vitamin & supplement company defining a new era of medically-backed, stage-specific support. The first and only OB/GYN-founded vitamin brand, Perelel offers targeted nutrition for different stages of a woman's hormonal journey—from fertility to menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop quarterly roadmaps aligned with larger business goals to improve conversion rate, average order value and other business KPIs.
  • New Product Launches: Lead the planning, execution, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches. 
  • Feature Development: Identify and prioritize new product features and improvements that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Experimentation & Roadmap: Own the experimentation roadmap, driving the prioritization, testing, and analysis of new ideas, features, and improvements to optimize the user experience and drive conversion growth.
  • Digital Experiences: Work closely with design and growth teams to optimize essential landing pages including the quiz and bundle builder.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Identify and track digital KPIs aligned with the business including CVR, AOV, LTV, and more. Use data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future product iterations.
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer pain points, needs, and feedback through user research, surveys, and customer service data, ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned with customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Cross Functional Excellence: Lead project management for all e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless integration across all teams (engineering, design, operations, growth). Work with key stakeholders across engineering, marketing, UX/UI, and customer service to ensure timely and effective execution of product features and launches.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within subscription DTC.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and features–from ideation to go-to-market.
  • Strong experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, user testing, etc.) to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, copywriting and marketing, in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Convert, Hot Jar, etc.).
  • Passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
