The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to help drive the development of our next-generation cybersecurity and risk management products. Working alongside highly talented software engineers, AI innovators, domain experts and architects, you will play a pivotal role in crafting sophisticated, data-rich user interfaces and backend components that provide actionable insights and exceptional user experiences. This role demands a deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, a passion for performance optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- API Integration and Microservices: Seamlessly build and integrate APIs and microservices to deliver dynamic and responsive user experiences.
- Design & Develop Advanced Frontend Solutions: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend and backend architectures using React, Next.js, NodeJs, AWS, and other modern frameworks.
- Data Visualization and Interaction: Develop rich, interactive data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate complex cybersecurity data.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for performance optimization, ensuring optimal load times and responsiveness for data-intensive applications.
- Code Quality and Testing: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive the adoption of best practices within the frontend team.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and their application in frontend development.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on complex, data-driven applications.
- Expert proficiency in React (or Next.js), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Deep understanding of state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of web security best practices (e.g., OWASP).
- Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Webpack Bundle Analyzer).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Experience in a major enterprise level environment.
- Experience with complex data visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI/CD).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in frontend applications.
- Experience with LLMs.
