Job Description
As our Performance Marketing Engineer, your primary focus will be developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and automation. You will analyze key performance metrics, design and implement experiments, and develop scalable marketing automation solutions that enhance our brand presence while ensuring measurable business impact.
While deep marketing expertise is not a requirement, we are looking for someone genuinely interested in marketing strategies and capable of making data-driven decisions based on quantitative analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid ads, email, SEO, social media, etc.).
- Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and automation tools to track marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute growth experiments to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to optimize conversion rates and marketing spend.
- Continuously iterate on advertising strategies, testing new approaches based on insights and trends.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or data-driven digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Technical proficiency (Python, SQL, data visualization tools, or automation frameworks is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing automation.
- Experience in data modeling, predictive analytics, or marketing automation is a plus.
- Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets and drive decision-making based on quantitative analysis.
- Passion for marketing, data analysis, and continuous experimentation.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with international teams.
