Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize internal IT infrastructure (hardware and software) to ensure smooth operations.
• Design system architecture and integrate hardware, software, and network solutions to meet business needs.
• Continuously analyze and optimize systems for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Propose and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the rollout of new technologies, ensuring smooth implementation and successful project delivery.

Your Profile:

• Educational background in a relevant field (e.g., business informatics) or completed IT-oriented training (e.g., IT specialists, system integration, or similar).
• Multiple years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Fluency in English, any German speaking ability is a plus.
• Expertise in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of network management (IP, WLAN, etc.).
• Independent and structured with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies and familiarity with Java are beneficial.
