Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The
Operations Expert in IT End User Computing (EUC) & Modern Digital Workplace solutions is responsible for providing operational support for existing EUC solutions according to established service levels, focusing on improving end-user productivity. This role requires knowledge of EUC technologies, practical experience with relevant solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate within a multinational, geographically dispersed IT team.
Incident Management involves addressing and resolving incidents related to AD accounts access, email delivery issues, SharePoint and Teams functionalities, account compromises, Outlook issues, Entra ID objects, and access problems. The expert also responds to and manages reports of suspicious or phishing emails received by users and handles issues related to other M365 services such as Power Automate, Stream, and Viva Connections.
Request Fulfillment includes processing requests for adding or removing users from groups, granting permissions, and other license-related issues. The expert ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of user requests and initiatives, maintaining detailed records of incidents and requests to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Operations involve following up on M365 message center for updates and changes to existing services at Recipharm. The expert implements changes and updates promptly to avoid disruptions and keeps users informed about new features and updates to M365 services through training and awareness initiatives.
Security Measures include implementing security measures to prevent phishing attacks and educating users on recognizing phishing attempts. The expert troubleshoots and resolves issues related to email delivery, including blocked, undelivered, or spam-marked emails, and assists users with access, file sharing, and functionality issues in SharePoint and Teams.
User Account Management involves investigating and resolving incidents of compromised user accounts. The expert addresses problems with creating Outlook groups, email synchronization, and other Outlook functionalities, manages and resolves issues with emails from specific senders or with certain attachments getting blocked, and resolves problems with accessing various systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and other applications.
Essential
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience in operational support (L2/L3) in Microsoft M365 ecosystem, Active Directory, end-point management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Outlook, Power Automate, and Stream.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM), Intune, Config Manager/SCCM, Autopilot, or equivalent technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are crucial for addressing and resolving various technical issues and requests related to Microsoft 365 services and AD.
- Ability to manage incidents and request fulfillment in ServiceNow
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of security best practices to prevent phishing attacks and account compromises.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional in solutions like Azure, M365, Intune, or Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization

LOCATION
This role is 100% remote and open to applicants with EU/UK citizenship or candidates with a valid work/residence permit who have permanent residence in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, or Portugal. No EU/UK visa sponsorship is offered. If you are based in Sweden, you can work from the office located in Stockholm City.
