Responsibilities
Providing the 3rd line support to our users and stakeholders,
Development, Test and Support of EDI and API connections to our customers, partners, and providers,
Working in projects along the software lifecycles (analysis, design implementation, testing, rollout, maintenance, and support),
Analysis of business processes and requirements in close cooperation with business stakeholders as well as external partners,
Working collaboratively with Business System Departments, IT Product Managers, Release Managers, and other Stakeholders,
Working directly with colleagues from all around the world.
Qualifications
Finished studies in computer science or corresponding working experience,
Basic experience and strong interest in coding (any programming language or scripts),
Knowledge of and experience in working with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML,
Experience in data mappings or EDI development,
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL skills,
Excellent analytical skills and eagerness to learn,
High communication skills,
English Communication is required.
The perfect candidate can also demonstrate:
Agile mindset, experience in Kanban or Scrum,
Ability to give and accept feedback,
Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive,
Ability to work in team-oriented environment,
Polish and German language skills are welcome.
