Head of Product, Enterprise Platform

Location: Flexible (Berlin preferred, but remote options within Germany available)

Role:

They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Product to lead their Enterprise Platform team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our enterprise-level solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the future of the platform, working closely with a talented team across engineering, marketing, design, and product management. You’ll be at the forefront of developing solutions that empower their large enterprise clients to unlock their full digital potential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Leadership: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Market Insight: Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive advantages to drive product strategy and differentiation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other product teams to ensure seamless integration with existing products and a unified user experience.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to design, development, and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Prioritization: Develop and manage product requirements, prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with platform goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, priorities, and progress.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Establish and track key product success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future iterations.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to refine and enhance the product experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering growth, high performance, and professional development.
  • Headcount Planning: Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions Unit Executive and VP of Engineering to plan team growth and hiring needs.


Qualifications:


  • 6-8 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, including leading and developing product teams.
  • Domain expertise, ideally in digital marketing or SEO, with a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience in tech startups or fast-growing businesses, with a proven track record of scaling products.
