We’re looking for a resourceful, data-driven, and adaptable Senior Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts, with a heavy focus on demand generation and event marketing. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, and industry events, all while working in a small but effective marketing team.


Key Responsibilities Senior Marketing Manager - Payments


  • Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition – Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy – Own and optimise SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social campaigns to drive inbound traffic and conversions.
  • Event Marketing – Plan, execute, and optimise industry events, conferences, and webinars to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support business development.
  • Budget Optimisation – Leverage a smaller marketing budget effectively, making data-driven decisions to maximise impact.
  • Startup & Scale-Up Growth – Operate in a fast-moving, agile environment, balancing scrappy, hands-on execution with a structured, ROI-focused approach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking – Continuously measure and improve marketing performance using data and key metrics to inform decisions.


What We’re Looking For - Senior Marketing Manager - Payments


  • Proven experience in the payments industry within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Scale up/start up experience
  • Track record of driving demand generation and delivering a positive ROI with cost-effective strategies.
  • Experience planning and executing B2B marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Ability to work hands-on in a small team while thinking strategically.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Experience working with agencies and in-house marketing teams to execute strategies effectively.
