**Digital Media Advertising Specialist – UK Car Finance Campaigns (On-site, Visa Sponsorship)**
About Us:
TGS Car Sales is a leading car finance brokerage in the UK, helping customers secure affordable vehicle finance through a panel of trusted lenders. As we expand our in-house marketing operations, we’re looking for a highly skilled **Digital Advertising Specialist** with strong, demonstrable experience in **UK car finance campaigns.**
This is a **full-time, on-site role based in the UK.**
**Visa sponsorship and relocation support will be provided** for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience:
- **Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience** running paid digital ad campaigns for **UK car finance brokers** or automotive finance firms
- Proven success in **lead generation**, **conversion optimization**, and **CPC/CPA reduction**
- Deep understanding of UK car finance customer personas and online behavior
#### **Platform Expertise:**
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (Lead Gen & Brand Awareness)
- Additional platforms: Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, native and retargeting tools
#### **Performance & Analytics:**
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROAS, lead quality, and campaign performance
#### **Compliance & Creativity:**
- Knowledge of **FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)** guidelines for financial advertising
- Experience writing compliant, conversion-focused ad copy
- Ability to work with creative teams or tools to develop effective visuals and videos
#### **Portfolio Requirement:**
- Applicants **must provide examples** of previous campaigns including metrics such as CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead volume

- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications
- CRM and automation tool experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier)
- Basic knowledge of landing page platforms (Unbounce, ClickFunnels, etc.)
