We are looking for a visionary CEO with a strong presence in the blockchain space—both in leadership experience and social engagement (e.g., Twitter/X following, own followership on X helpful)—who can drive FOUNDANCE AG to the next level.

• Develop and execute FOUNDANCE AG’s growth strategy, overseeing product innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.


• Utilize blockchain and AI to redefine startup incubation and decentralized collaboration.


• Expand FOUNDANCE AG’s Web3 presence, leveraging your network and influence (Twitter/X, industry thought leadership) to drive adoption.


• Secure funding, build strategic alliances, and position FOUNDANCE AG as a leading force in the Web3 and AI startup ecosystem.


• Ensure seamless coordination across product, marketing, and technology to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.

• 5+ years of executive leadership experience (CEO, Founder, or C-Level role) in Web3, AI, or tech startups.


• Proven success in blockchain, Web3, or AI-driven startups, with a strong grasp of decentralized technologies.


• Expertise in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and scaling startups from early-stage to growth.


• Established presence in the Web3 community (Twitter/X following - own followership on X helpful, public speaking, or industry thought leadership).


• A builder’s mindset, driven by innovation and passionate about decentralized entrepreneurship.
