We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with experience in AWS Kendra to join a global, fully remote project for a leading healthcare company known for its innovation in diagnostics and pharmaceutical research. In this role, you will be responsible for testing a new website and search engine, with a focus on functionality, content quality, and performance—including search relevancy tuning.
Due to the project involving a multinational team across different time zones, there may be an occasional need for extended working hours until 7:00 PM, though this will be rare.

Your tasks
- Executing manual functional and non-functional tests to validate system performance and accuracy
- Testing the search engine’s functionality and content relevancy within AWS Kendra
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to ensure high-quality search results
- Fine-tuning the search engine to improve performance and accuracy
- Collaborating with a multinational team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across different time zones
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in functional and non-functional testing methodologies
- Hands-on expertise with AWS Kendra integrations and capabilities
- Understanding of enterprise search engines such as Sinequa (or similar)
- Strong skills in performance testing for search engines to optimize user experience
- Fluent English for effective communication in an international environment
- Residing in Poland required
