We are looking for an Influencer Influencer Marketing Analyst who is passionate about digital trends and content creators relations
This role is full-time and fully remote. You're expected to cover 8 hours and be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST. We recruit globally despite your location, please select worldwide as location in case you can’t find yours.

Overall working experience of 2+ years (creators/influencer marketing background preferred)
Speaks English with full professional proficiency
Advanced Excel (Strong analytical skills)
Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
Experience working with marketing and social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
Experience working in a startup is a plus
Understanding of social media metrics to identify the best influencer
Understanding what a “brand” and “campaign” are and ability to identify the best fit creative talent
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing
Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Understand the brand’s goal and needs for influencer marketing campaigns in order to invite suitable creators
Manage campaigns within your verticals to ensure each campaign reaches the onboarding goal (within the area of responsibility defined by a set of clients or specific campaigns)
Monitor the quality of the campaign’s onboarding stage (creators applying and creators getting hired)
Browse the internal marketplace to find and invite creators that match campaign criteria and brand affinity
Email creators as a way of invitation to the campaign to achieve the onboarding goal once needed
Shortlist promising creators that could be a perfect match for a campaign and a brand (if there is a request from the client side)
Constantly communicate with the Customer Success Team to provide as well as collect feedback about the campaigns’ behavior
