Job Role: Social Media Manager


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday


Salary range: 1,200 - 1,800 AUD/month


Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who The Client Is: The company is based in Sydney offering a premier, six-star experience that exceeds expectations for first-home buyers, homeowners, developers, and investor.

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence. You will be responsible for content planning, post scheduling, engagement strategies, and paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and captions) tailored to each platform
  • Schedule and manage posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Must be proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and best practices
  • Experience in content creation, including design and video editing
  • Knowledge of paid ad management and performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in the property development or real estate industry is a plus
