About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules. You’ll lead technical strategy, influence platform architecture, and guide cross-functional teams through complex integrations and customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across ServiceNow modules.
- Define standards and best practices for platform configuration and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Mentor developers and ensure technical excellence throughout project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years in IT, with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and at least one additional module.
- Strong background in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID server).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator + at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
- TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience working in global or government-backed transformation programs.
