About The Role
The HRBP function is responsible for supporting the company's people strategy by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, policies, and employee services. The HRBP EMEA team serves as the key point of contact for employees for all the business units of Athens, our headquarters.
This HR Specialist role focuses on delivering high-quality operational HR support, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes, and driving mobility initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience.
The role will act as an individual contributor reporting to the HRBP EMEA Lead and will coordinate multiple initiatives across HR operations, global mobility, employee experience, and HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage and execute core HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, employee records, and HR systems support
- Ensure smooth delivery of "moments that matter" in the employee lifecycle, such as promotions, transfers, pay reviews, exits, and relocations
- Act as a point of contact for individual contributors on operational HR inquiries, policies, and procedures
- Support the application of HR policies and procedures across the business, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Work with internal departments (Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal) to ensure efficient and aligned service delivery for employees
Mobility & Relocation:
- Support global mobility programs, including international transfers, relocations, immigration processes, and cross-border employment matters
- Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end mobility logistics (e.g., visas, work permits, relocation services)
- Ensure mobility activities are compliant with legal and internal requirements while providing a positive relocation experience
Employee Experience:
- Support and deliver employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Assist with employee feedback initiatives, such as engagement surveys, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Provide operational support on programs related to employee wellbeing and experience
HR Processes & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR operational processes and services
- Support HR system optimization and contribute to HR projects that drive operational efficiency and scalability
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting to meet audit, legal, and internal compliance standards
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key HR metrics and KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and operational performance
- Support HR reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR services, or global mobility roles
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS tools
- Knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration, and compliance is a plus
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR policies
