We’re looking for a hands-on CTO & Co-Founder to lead our tech strategy and help build the smartest, AI-powered sleep and development solution for children the world has ever seen.

✔ Fullstack expertise - including React Native, Node.js, AWS, CI/CD, with a strong foundation in a variety of languages and tech stacks, and adaptable to evolving technologies.
✔ A Technical leader—comfortable making key decisions while empowering a team of 7 fractional developers (full-stack, backend, and data science) to contribute effectively and take ownership.
✔ Experienced in or can drive Machine learning and AI initiatives.
✔ Strategic & hands-on—Can architect, code, build with the future in mind, and scale a high-quality product.
✔ You thrive in a team that’s remote-first and people-centered—where everyone’s voice is heard, collaboration is key, and we lift each other up while constantly improving together.
✔ Can contribute 30+ hrs/week—with flexibility in how those hours are structured.
✔ Ready for a co-founder and equity-first role, transitioning to salary as we grow.
