Are you passionate about design? Bright Swimwear is looking for a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for details to create compelling content, maintain brand consistency, and support brand growth through innovative and engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing assets and other tasks set forth by the Creatives Manager. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting the Creatives Manager in developing creative concepts for the brand, including photo and video shoots, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives that engage and inspire the target audience of Bright Swimwear.
• Delivering high-quality marketing assets such as, but not limited to, social media platform creatives, newsletters and promotions, content for organic channels, as well as product and pattern development, and copywriting as needed.
• Collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop messaging for various channels such as Bright Swimwear’s website, emails and newsletters, and social media posts.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, market changes, and consumer preferences to ensure that Bright Swimwear remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or similar.
• Proven work experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital assets, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other relevant tools, as well as video editing for TikToks or Instagram Reels.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Aware of current media and design trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Practical Information

Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.

Extent: This is a permanent full-time position with an Evaluation Period of six months.
