The opportunity

We're building a team of "10x operators" - professionals who achieve outsized impact through systematic leverage and AI amplification. As our Senior Product Designer with research focus, you'll:
- Establish research practices that transform our product development approach
- Design intuitive, confidence-inspiring experiences for SimplyCodes and our AI platforms
- Architect research-validated interaction models for AI commerce

Foundation
- Base: $150,000 - $210,000
- Equity: 0.17% - 0.30%

- 5+ years of product design experience
