Role Description

This is a contract role for an entry level position as Marketing staff at Timedoor Academy that located in Malaysia, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing will be responsible for providing general administrative support, coordinating project activities, organizing meetings, and monitoring project activities to ensure timelines and deadlines are met.

Job Description and Responsibility:

  • Provide exemplary customer support services to our customer
  • Coordinating the teacher and overseeing the smooth execution of offline classes in Malaysia.
  • Support the Regional Manager in identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with potential partners throughout Malaysia.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to analyze sales data, offering valuable insights to enhance marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Execute offline marketing initiatives, actively participate in community networking events, and organize workshops, boot camps, or roadshows to effectively promote our products.


Qualifications

  • Candidate with teaching experience or Coding experience especially JavaScript/Python is preferred
  • Administrative and project coordination skills
  • Ability to organize and manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the Edutech industry is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Malaysian citizenship with a valid Identification Card (IC) is highly preferred


Employment Type: Contract

Work Schedule:

  • Consists of 6 days per week, totaling 40 hours.


Geographical Flexibility:

  • Location: Malaysia (KL, Selangor, Penang, or Johor Baru)
  • Preferred: Candidate that is reliable commuting or open to relocation based on business growth (Required)
