- Designing and modeling of AI/ML solutions based on data with the use of Data Science algorithms and statistical methods.
- Analyzing and understanding the business context, business processes and available data. Building the know-how within Data Science team.
- Cooperation with the Product teams in order to acquire the appropriate data sets and support the Product teams during the AI module operations.
- Support the Data Engineers on data engineering and data cleaning and in building the ETL pipeline.
- Participation in design and implementation of the model and design of performance metrics and monitoring tasks.
- Continuous research and development of technological knowledge and practices and assessment of their business applicability.
- Promoting the knowledge sharing within AI team and continuous support in improving the work of the entire AI team in its mission to effectively implement AI solutions in the business environment.
- Providing constructive feedback to the Product Manager to support the product decision making process.
Qualifications - Min. 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or statistical modelling
- Proven records in building data models using Python
- Familiarity with an analytics platform for building, deploying and maintaining the enterprise-grade AI solutions at scale (e.g. Databricks)
- Practical understanding of Git Flow
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence tools would be an asset
- Experience working with AWS cloud provider would be an asset
- Experience with ML Ops technologies would be an asset (e.g. MLFlow)
- Hands-on one of Agile methods while developing and delivering the AI/ML solution
- University degree (preferred in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Big Data)
- Excellent written & spoken English with great communication skills.
