Job Title: Senior Motion / Interaction Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced motion / interaction designer to join our fully remote
team with no geographical restrictions. If you’re excited about growing with an agile, diverse

Role:
Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and continuously refine product interaction
designs through motion design improvements.
Problem Solving: Take ownership of design challenges, viewing them as opportunities
to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
Create interaction design for product video; tutorials; and marketing collaterals, deliver
great motion experiences for a diverse range of DeFi audiences.
Craft interactive elements for seamless interactions; refine designs through motion
graphics, 3D motion effects, interactive icons design etc.
Ensure visual consistency across the product interaction UI elements and maintain an
efficient design language for the design team.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and marketing
teams to drive design initiatives and ensure a unified vision.
Design Ownership: Take ownership of the design process, ensuring alignment with
project goals. Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitor products.
Requirements:
Extremely user/audience/content-focused mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Design Tool Proficiency: Any tools that create motions: after effects; 3D tools; or even
AI.
Web3 Familiarity: Understanding of Web3 technologies and applications
Industry Experience: Proven background in fintech or blockchain, demonstrated
through a portfolio.
Experience: 3-5+ years as a full-time Motion Designer.
