In this role, you will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint. This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, migration projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s IT systems.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Mandatory: : proven expertise in Microsoft 365 security, including Conditional Access Policies, Exchange online and SharePoint Migrations, Securing Microsoft 365 Improving security scores, and PowerShell Scripting.
. Provide Level 3 support for Azure Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint environments.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services, networking, and system performance.
· Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical problems.
· Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems.
· Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
· Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
· Provide training and guidance to junior support staff.
· It is mandatory to be available to work on an Australian time zone roster/shift basis.
Educational & Other Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Mandatory to have an ideal remote working environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
Competencies & Skills
· Experience with Azure app hosting, applying the Well-Architected Framework, and developing with Power Apps are considered beneficial.

· Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
· Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
· Familiarity with other cloud platforms and services.

· Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
· Experience in Helpdesk ticketing systems.
