Role: Data Developer
We are looking for a talented Data Developer to join the dynamic data team.
You will play a crucial role in organizing and storing data within the data warehouse, and presenting it to key stakeholders through reports and graphical dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and report on data warehouse schemas.
- Manage and administer the Tableau technology suite.
- Design and develop data-driven dashboards for reporting.
- Coordinate data quality management across multiple environments.
- Collaborate on scoping exercises with internal and external teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB) and columnar technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, Redshift, Snowflake).
- Proficient in SQL scripting, schema management, and ETL data concepts.
- 2+ years of experience with Tableau, particularly Tableau Server.
- Experience with BI reporting tools and dashboard design (e.g., Tableau Desktop, Qlik Sense, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., GIT).
- Basic Linux commands and server administration skills.
- Programming experience in one or more languages (Python, Java, GO, C#, or C).
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Experience with data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
